OBJETIVO

Manage all incoming and outgoing products, through logistics strategies, in order to effectively comply with the supply chain.

Prepares and monitors all documents regarding the reception and tracking of orders, coordinates in the reception and payment of the requested shipments.
Prepares the corresponding documentation for the shipment of the product to the client.
Monitoring of all deliveries of orders to customers.
SAP update (orders, purchase and sales invoices) Updating Business Partner in SAP.
Management and protection of the documentation under your responsibility.
Support for monthly closing according to sales.
Maintain control of physical inventories against the system using the formats authorized by the Logistics and Warehouse department.
Supervise periodic, monthly, semi-annual and annual inventories.
Check the logistics data sent to us by Alfil for each customer order (reference, number and weight of boxes, pallet type and check also pictures sent by Alfil to verify if everything is correct). Coordinate the arrival of containers at the warehouse with Alfil and forwarders.
Update the status of shipments to Barcelona and customer orders, through a control in an Excel document that is updated daily.
Maintain current sanitary permits. Management of customs procedures, tax refunds.
Import License and Tariff Iines Updates. Incoterm update for each distributor.
